Dr. Mann is the CEO of Innova Dermatology. She is a triple board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs and vein surgeon. She spent the first 15 years of her career at leading academic centers including Washington University, Case Western Reserve University, and UC Irvine before returning to Hendersonville to co-found Innova with her late husband, Dr. Daniel Popkin. Dr. Mann personally performs all cosmetic procedures and personally trains every Innova physician assistant.

She combines clinical expertise with a deep commitment to patient education.

Shelby Watkins is a board-certified physician assistant who completed her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Lipscomb University. She pairs clinical expertise with a warm, approachable style and is dedicated to educating and treating patients across all ages — from pediatric to geriatric populations. Shelby brings the same standard of care to every patient visit that Dr. Mann instills across the Innova team.
